Removal of persistent organic pollutants from aqueous effluents by adsorption

The ongoing program investigates new cellulose-, chitosan-, clay-, silica-, and agro-residue-based materials for removing dyes, pharmaceuticals, hormones, and chemical-industry inputs from aquatic systems.
